By accessing or using Plenishly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Plenishly is an AI-powered meal planning and budget tracking application. The Service allows users to log meals via photo or manual entry, scan grocery receipts, track food budgets, and generate personalized meal plans.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Plenishly offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium features include unlimited AI meal scans, advanced analytics, and priority support. Billing is handled securely via Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, meal data). By uploading content, you grant Plenishly a non-exclusive license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Meal identification, receipt scanning, and meal plan suggestions are generated by AI models. These results are estimates and should not be relied upon as medical, nutritional, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for specific dietary guidance.

• Using the Service to transmit spam or malicious code
• Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Using the Service in a way that could harm Plenishly or other users
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plenishly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
