Community guidelines
The rules for posts, messages, reviews and creator content on Plenishly.
Plenishly is for households trying to get dinner decided. These rules keep the shared spaces useful and safe. They apply to posts, messages, reviews, creator content and anything you share through Plenishly.
1. Be kind and honest
- No harassment, threats, hate, or targeting of a person or group
- No impersonation, and no fake reviews, fake referrals or fake accounts
- No spam, scams, or selling things outside the marketplace rules
- No sexual content. Plenishly may be used by households with children
2. Health and food
If you are struggling with food or thinking about hurting yourself, you are not alone. In the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline is 866-662-1235.
- Share your own experience, not medical advice. Only licensed professionals acting within their license may give medical or dietary advice for a condition
- No promises of results, cures or guaranteed weight loss
- No content that praises, encourages or gives instructions for extreme dieting, purging, fasting abuse or self-harm
- No pushing supplements, drugs or products in community spaces
- No dangerous food handling advice
3. Privacy
- Do not post other people's private information, photos of their children, or their medical details
- Do not share your own health details more widely than you want
4. Creators
- Follow the Creator Terms. Do not make income or health outcome promises
- Say when you are paid or gifted to recommend something
- No political or religious messaging in plan content or community spaces
5. Reporting and what happens next
Report anything that breaks these rules from the item itself, or write to support through plenishly.com/support. For anything urgent or illegal, also contact local authorities.
We review reports and may remove content, warn, limit features, suspend or end accounts. Serious or repeated violations can end an account at once. We tell you what we did and why where we can, and you can reply to appeal. We look at an appeal again.
We do not read private messages unless you report them, or we are investigating a safety problem, fraud or an abuse report, or the law requires it.
