Program terms

Our commitments to existing subscribers, how we disclose education and affiliate links, and how Council voting works.

These terms cover the commitments that apply across Plenishly: how we treat existing subscribers, how we disclose education and affiliate links, how Council voting works, how referrals work, and how thank-you credits work. Plenishly, Inc. makes them.

1. Existing subscribers keep their price

  • We will not raise the price of a subscription you already hold, including legacy plans, while it stays continuously active
  • If you cancel and later return, the current price applies
  • We may stop offering a legacy plan to new customers at any time
  • We will not reduce what a legacy plan includes without telling you first and offering a fair alternative

2. Education and affiliate links

Plenishly Education points to courses and programs run by others. Some of them may pay Plenishly a commission if you sign up through our link. It costs you nothing extra, and we say so next to the link.

We recommend a program because we think it is useful, not because of the commission.

  • Plenishly Education shares skills and know-how. It does not promise a job, a certification result, or an income
  • A certificate comes from the program that issues it, not from Plenishly
  • A program's own terms, prices, and refund rules apply to anything you buy from it

3. Council votes

Council votes help guide what Plenishly builds next. They are advisory. They do not bind Plenishly and give no ownership, revenue share, or control.

  • Voting weight depends on your seat and is set by Plenishly's systems, not by you
  • One person, one account, one vote on each proposal
  • We may remove votes cast through duplicate, automated, or abused accounts

4. Referrals

Members can share Plenishly with friends, family and coworkers. A friend who joins through your link starts with a 30-day free trial of Plenishly or Plenishly+.

  • When that friend's first payment goes through, we add one month of credit to your account. The credit equals one month of the plan you pay for, or one month of Plenishly if you are on the free plan
  • Credit comes off your next bill. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred
  • Each friend counts once, and only if they are new to Plenishly. You cannot refer yourself or an account you control
  • You can earn up to 12 credits in any 12 months
  • We may cancel credits or close accounts where a referral was fake, repeated, or paid for with a card that is not the member's own

5. Thank-you credits

Members who keep paying for a monthly Plenishly or Plenishly+ plan earn credit toward their bill.

  • At your 3rd paid month we add a quarter of a month of credit on Plenishly, or a third of a month on Plenishly+. At your 6th, half a month. At your 12th, a full month. Then the steps start over, so the same credits come again at months 15, 18 and 24, and so on
  • Payments do not have to be in a row. Months you did not pay do not count
  • Credit equals that share of your monthly plan price at the time. It comes off your next bill, has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred
  • Annual plans, creator plans, Keep purchases and Plenishly Access are not part of this program
  • If a payment is fully refunded or disputed, that month stops counting and any credit it earned is taken back off your account. We may adjust or cancel credits that came from abuse
  • We may change this program for future payments with 30 days' notice. Credits you already earned stay yours

6. Changes and contact

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a material change to these terms. Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Questions: legal@plenishly.com.
